Our 8-day on-site efficiency training immerses physicians and their teams in a proven collaborative care model.
The program equips teams to safely redistribute clinical and administrative tasks within the scope of practice of allied health professionals, transforming practices into highly efficient, patient-focused collaborative clinics.
Training is delivered on site at our clinic in Dieppe, NB, immersing teams in a real-world, high-efficiency collaborative care model.
Medical Staff Recruitment
Recruitment can be included in our efficiency training program or offered as a standalone service.
We recruit nurses and administrative staff aligned with high-performance collaborative care models.
We also offer urgent administrative staff replacement in the greater Moncton, NB area. In cases of unplanned absences our services ensure continuity and operational stability.
