Cancellation Policy

Our appointment cancellation policy helps ensure fair access to care and promotes the efficient use of appointment time. Late cancellations prevent other patients from being seen and negatively impact clinic operations. This refund policy allows us to provide timely, high-quality care while respecting the time of our healthcare team.

According to our appointment cancellation policy, a full refund is available if an appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment. However, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Additionally, if the required documentation is not completed and submitted by the time of the appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and is non-refundable.
