 Our cancellation policy helps ensure fair access to care and the efficient use of appointment time. Late cancellations prevent other patients from being seen and negatively impact clinic operations.

• More than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Non-refundable

If required documentation is not completed and submitted by the time of the appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and is non-refundable.

Notre politique d'annulation vise à assurer un accès équitable aux soins et une utilisation efficiente des rendez-vous. Les annulations tardives empêchent d'autres patients d'être vus et nuisent au bon fonctionnement de la clinique.

Si la documentation requise n'est pas remplie et soumise avant l'heure du rendez-vous, celui-ci sera automatiquement annulé et aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.
